Fire Damage on Hardwood Flooring

This is the aftermath of a large area rug, that caught fire when ashes flew from the fireplace and ignited the rug. Not only was the rug destroyed, but the hardwood flooring was damaged as well. Leaving behind a large burnt area. Along with smoke and soot covered walls. SERVPRO of Society Hill was contacted after the fire was dealt with to handle the damages. Over the course of four days, the walls were scrubbed cleaned of all the soot. Followed by removing all the burnt areas of the hardwood.
